This is a very personal project, and for me it is also the definition of how my life changed in 2020. I decided to stop working in architectural offices in Athens and start building my own thing at my father’s house. I had no budget and no expertise, so this is a very DIY work still in progress. I opened this bar myself and since then the place has flourished and allowed me to begin my second personal project, the Filanthi Project, along with other jobs. I owe this to all the people that worked there either as stuff or as artists - painting and giving character to the place. And also to my friends and family who supported me as I was growing together with this place.

As always, I tried to keep the old style. Stauros, the previous owner, had built the interior of the place as a ship. I intended to emphasize his craft work and make all the rest according to the ship design. This year I am renovating again, changing colors, so stay tuned for more photos and in the summer find me there serving the mojitos!
