As always, I treat renovations with the utmost respect for the old materials. This is a 2022 project, in which I fought with my heart for the preservation of the wood and the terrazzo floor the owner was so eager to get rid of. I think the outcome favors me.

In the mint apartment I had to completely change the allocation of the rooms, because it was build for another society with other living expectations. After many tries we came to a decision with the owner and created two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a really big common space that includes working space and kitchen.
