This project comes in continuity of the first loft, except that it is bigger and we decided to look at the same place with a fresh eye view. This is a second collaboration with Teresa Papakostantinou. The second loft next to the old armory shop in the Athenian portico, has a more factory look. The attic and stairs are made out of metal and wood. The terrazzo floor and the windows are kept, and the place is furnished with old antique pieces that the owner has meticulously preserved for many years. The goal was to make this loft a nice place to inhabit, adding modern luxuries like a new bathroom and kitchen, but also keep the old flame alive.
